How we work.

We work with a small group of construction companies with revenue between €5M and €100M that want to build alongside us as design partners in 2026. Twelve weeks, on your own projects, and at the end we show you what it delivered.

    You leave your details and we schedule a demo. We show what we would take off your project leaders’ hands and look at whether a pilot makes sense.

  2. Week 0

    02Setup

    We set up the pilot with you: your rules, payment terms, margins and crews, the quotes and contracts of the pilot projects, and the tools your team already uses.

  3. Weeks 1–12

    03Twelve weeks live

    Three to five project leaders send in what happens on their sites, and the agents handle the paperwork. Every week, you talk to the founders directly.

    We put the results on the table: the extra work we confirmed for you, the agreements on paper and the hours your project leaders got back. Measured on your own projects.
